Paid reservations are confirmed by e-mail to the subscriber of the service. If you cancel 24 hours before, the amount paid will be returned within 7 business days of the cancellation.
Advance reservations for the program service no later than 18:00 the day before, if necessary, please contact us directly about possible free times for the same day.
Interruption or cancellation of the service in a force majeure situation entitles you to a refund of the total amount or an alternative program service day.
A program service canceled due to an illness or other acceptable reason will be replaced against a medical certificate or other proof.
The customer of the service must be there in good time at the reindeer farm, preferably at least 10 minutes before the start. The time for the reservation is binding and it is observed within the framework of the law.
